Ms. Wheeler has over 25 years of experience in various leadership roles in DOE (SRS, WIPP and Hanford), DOD, and commercial environments. Her experience includes program management/human resources management of 140 contract employees at Ford Gordon and served as Personnel Operations Manager as a First Sergeant of a multi-component tactical brigade headquarters in one of the Army’s contingency tactical signal brigades, consisting of over 1,500 military and civilian personnel at Fort Gordon.

Originally from Knoxville, TN, Tanner attended school at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where he obtained both his undergraduate and Master’s degree in Accounting. He has over 4+ years of experience in various accounting and operation roles, and he holds an active CPA license. At UDR Consulting, Tanner is in charge of contract compliance, invoicing, subcontractor payments, financial tracking, and financial reporting.

Travis Gordon brings over 20+ years of expertise in all facets of corporate recruiting/agency recruiting/talent acquisition/employee relations and retention, HR management, and labor relations. He is a skilled liaison in conflict resolution and in collaborating with all members of the organization to achieve business and financial objectives. Travis is also instrumental in streamlining and improving processes, enhancing productivity, and conducting audits to identify process improvement opportunities. He has been successful in Recruiting, Interviewing & Hiring, Employee Relations, Benefits Administration, Strategic Planning & Analysis, Regulatory Compliance, FMLA, Disability, Workers' Compensation, EEO Coordinator, Training & Development, Mediation/Arbitration, Collective Bargaining and Performance Management. Shirley Swanson

Shirley just started her new position at UDR Consulting as a Senior Technical Recruiter and has over 19 years of Recruitment Staff Augmentation for the Federal Government/DOE Nuclear Industry, including clients at the Savannah River Site. Shirley is a local to this area, her father is a U. S. Air Force veteran, and upon retirement, their family settled in New Ellenton, SC. Prior to her employment at UDR, Shirley was recently assigned as a Sr. Technical Recruiter for a local Staff Aug company. As a Lead assigned to the Fluor Nuclear Power, SRPPF project which is located at the Savannah River Site, she successfully placed candidates in the Engineering and Design Departments.
